New York-based educator and artist Jessica Woodard May had her first art show on her grandmother's refrigerator. Having worked in pencil, charcoal, clay, photography and acrylics, she signed up for an oil painting class in 2016 and hasn't looked back.

Away from her job in higher education, you can find Jessica reading, relaxing anywhere with a water view, and filling her phone's camera roll with photos of things she hopes to paint.

Jessica finds joy and peace in creating art and hopes you find the same in viewing her work.
